We have exciting news, everybody: App47 is headed to Vegas!

No, we’re not planning a bachelor party or going to see a Cirque de Soleil show. We’re headed to Vegas to attend the Enterprise Mobility Exchange, a three-day event that brings together 100 CIOs, VPs and Directors of IT, Enterprise Mobility, Enterprise Architecture, Field Service and Operations from leading enterprises across the USA and Canada to network and discuss how to overcome their trickiest problems in their latest mobility projects.

As we see it, industry awareness is an essential part of running any business, but it’s especially important in enterprise mobility, where the space is rapidly changing and so are the needs of the customers. (See our post about the state of MAM in 2014 for a few of our observations.) And although we get a good snapshot of what’s going on in the industry through our client interactions, we also think it’s important to look at the mile-high view and make sure we’re considering the big picture.

At the Enterprise Mobility Exchange here in a couple of weeks, we’re planning on doing just that. Speakers include Fred Balboni, Global Managing Partner, Strategy and Analytics at IBM, and Sam Phillips, Chief Information Security Officer at Samsung Telecommunications America. We think this conference should be a great opportunity to hear the best and brightest talk about enterprise mobility, and perhaps more importantly, we’re looking forward to taking the suggestions we hear at this conference and making sure we’re implementing them to give all of our clients the best service and product possible.

Be sure to check in over the next few weeks—we’ll have one more event preview, and after the event, we’ll have a recap right here on the blog. But for now, it’s time to start planning our trip…

If you’re planning on attending Enterprise Mobility Exchange in Las Vegas, be sure to reach out via the comments or Twitter (@App47) and let us know! We’d love to connect. And as always, if you have any questions about App47, don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know.
